ET Environmental View Through The Window
The view through the window shot requires a nice view! Easier said than done though. ET Enviromental is on the lobby floor of the Monarch Building in Buckhead. So the CEO asked the building manager to utilize an empty office on a high floor. We ended up in a corner office on the 22nd or 23rd floor. We had our choice of three views. The ET crew was being shuttled over from their hotel in groups of 4 and 5. So we did not have time to reset as the day progressed. It was a partly cloudy day add to that the ever changing position of the sun and I did have to do some compositing of subjects against a "saftey frame" of an empty background. I like the variance of getting it all in camera. The subject's height, slight difference in position all create a slight difference. Since many of these shots end up on the same web page consistency. If you like this look but can't find a way to get a room with a view, you could do a project like this all through compositing aka "green screen". I'd still recommend shooting in front of some sort of window though.
